Terms of Service

Welcome to TSEYA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TSEYA mobile application ("App") and related services provided by TSEYA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TSEYA, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You may upload photos, descriptions, and other content ("User Content") to the App. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App and for promotional purposes.

3.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3.3 Content Moderation

We use automated systems (including Google Cloud Vision API) to moderate content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to access the App without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by TSEYA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (authentication, translation, content moderation)
• Apple (authentication)
• Cloud storage providers

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSEYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TSEYA is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
